Job Description
TMN stands for: Telecommunication Management Network
1. Involve in the software architecture design of TMN system
2. Participate in the high level and detail design of TMN system
3. Software implementation and unit test of TMN system
4. Participate in TMN system integration
Requirements
1. Strong knowledge of C++ or Java, development experience on UNIX or Windows
2. Preferred experience in software tools: UML/ROSE, ClearCase etc.
3. Preferred experience on software development process
4. Good communication skill
5.Good team work spirit

成都研发中心落成于成都高科技园区，目前已经拥有凌驾300个研发工程师，研发领域笼罩全系列端到端的电信产物，包罗移动和牢固电信产物。该中心与上海的研发中心互动，为中国乃至全球的客户提供先进的技术和产物，进一步增强了我们在中国的研发实力。开始阶段，成都研发中心重点研发移动技术，包罗移动NGN（Spatial Atrium）、微波技术和光传输。
光传输网络治理产物线是成都研发中心的重要组成部门。该研发团队建设于1999年，通过恒久和外洋研发中心的精密相助，业已生长成为阿尔卡特朗讯光传输网络治理系统在全球的几个主要研发中心之一。成都光传输网络治理产物线对关传输网络治理的各方面技术都有广泛的涉及，包罗网元治理层软件，网络治理层软件，系统北向接口以及增殖业务系统等等。在日常事情中，该产物线应用了先进的软件治理流程（CMMI), 也大量使用到种种先进的软件技术，软件开发和测试工具。
