Job Title:

Intern, Software Development (Web Application)

General Purpose:
Work as Web Application Software Development Engineer in OSS R&D team, responsible for S/W Design, Implementation, Integration & Verification, and S/W Maintenance. Co-operate with other function teams to make sure the software can be delivered on time with high quality under agile operation mode in Network Management domain. 

Main Responsibility Areas:
- Overall responsibility of assigned entities (e.g. features)

- Plan and execute items in own area

- Participate work effort estimation and deliverable review in own area

- Support and guide own team’s external interfaces

- Perform system level problem isolation and resolution (i.e. Apply knowledge and experience to
 determine root cause and solution)

- Give input to continuous improvement 

Key Requirements:

- Strong Java programming knowledge and experience

- Proven experience with Linux Shell, Python/Ruby experience is preferred

- Experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, etc

- Experience with web application frameworks and technologies like JSF, Spring, AJAX, etc

- Experience on WebSphere Application Server

- Action scrip language programming experience is a plus
- Computer science or Telecommunication

- Good spoken and written English skill
