事情職責：

協助招聘顧問根據客戶需求設定目標人才搜尋途徑

爲客戶搜尋有潛力的候選人

通過陌生電話進行候選人篩選

數據治理：更新、分析、下載最新的候選人簡曆，並錄入公司數據庫

協助招聘顧問進行候選人測試、簡曆篩選、面試等事情

根據客戶需求給出相關簡曆報告

職位要求：

在校生，每周5天全職事情，至少能堅持2個月（11月-12月）

良好的溝通和表達能力

良好的與陌生人電話溝通的技巧與自信

熱愛事情，有上進心

普通話流利

能夠蒙受較大事情壓力

Word、Excel能夠熟練應用

Position Title: Consultant Assistant

Working Location: Chengdu

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with and under Senior Consultants in the recruitment process for their clients

Market survey of potential candidates for clients

Cold calling of candidates

Database management: updating, segmenting, uploading new CVs and appraisals into Company database

Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume review, candidate screening and interviewing

Assist in format candidate reports for clients

Requirement:

Student in the university, at least can spend 5 days per week full time work in the company for two monthes(Nov&Dec)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Not afraid of making cold calls and talking with strangers

Enjoys working in an energetic professional environment

Fluent in Chinese and English languages 2 Strong organizational skills

Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure

Hungry to succeed

Excellent customer service skills

Computer skills including Word and Excel
